Hi, I’m Jana. This page may be called About Me – but it’s really about you.
What you’re seeking. Where you are in your process. And the value I bring to what you're building. So let’s focus on that.
You could call me a coach, mentor or consultant – but what I really do is curate self-leadership. This means working with depth, clarity and precision – helping you lead yourself first, so you can lead others, decisions and direction from a place of alignment.
My professional path includes leadership roles across sectors and cultures – from serving as Director at a multinational tech company to acting as CEO of a regulated fintech startup. These roles shaped a direct understanding of what it means to hold responsibility, lead through complexity, and carry the weight of vision, people and performance. When we work together, I’m not guessing at what you’re navigating – I’ve lived it.
After stepping out of formal leadership, I moved into independent consulting and mentorship – partnering with founders and leadership teams navigating market entry, scale-up and strategic growth. The focus remains the same: creating clarity in complexity, aligning direction with execution, and supporting the people behind the business as much as the business itself.
A degree in law, combined with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, shaped the way I think – structured, analytical and focused on the essence. For you, it means working with someone who brings clarity to dense information, distils what matters, and stays focused on what moves things forward.

Hi, I’m Jana. This page may be called About Me – but it’s really about you.
I’m a certified and accredited professional coach, with formal education from CTI – one of the most respected coaching institutions globally. I’ve worked in this field since 2018. For you, it means engaging in a clear, structured process – grounded in professional standards, not personal opinion.
Having lived and worked across multiple countries – including a decade in the UAE, one of the most diverse and fast-paced economies in the world – I’ve learnt to adapt quickly, operate across cultures and build trust in unfamiliar environments. For you, it means working with someone who is culturally aware in practice, not just in theory – someone who recognises how background, belief systems and environment shape identity and decision-making.
I’m drawn to what sits beneath the surface – how beliefs are formed, how identity is shaped, and how cultural and generational narratives influence the way we live and lead. That curiosity continues to guide how I think, live and work. I study systems like Kabbalah, Sufism and Yogic philosophy – wisdom traditions that offer deep perspectives on presence, purpose and inner alignment. I’ve trained in sensory analysis through specialty coffee, designed large-scale mindfulness programmes, and continue to build creative projects that explore how meaning is made.
For you, it means working with someone who listens with attention, sees beyond titles, and brings a thoughtful, multidimensional perspective – whether you’re building something new, recalibrating direction, or standing at a turning point.
